In an effort to become a healthier person, I have decided to try a new vegetable every week when I go to the grocery store. Last week I made butternut squash soup. It was pretty sweet (literally), but it was good. This week it’s kale.
I should be having an amazing day. I got accepted in CMU’s masters program, but I feel so blah. I only have myself to blame, becuase I ate like crap this weekend. But I really need to turn that around. I am going to make a chickpea salad for lunch tomorrow. I hope it’s good.
I also plan on stopping by Fitness USA tomorrow to take a tour of the building and see what they have to offer, because I feel like working out would be a great release for the stress I am experiencing at work, plus it’s a good lifestyle choice.
But for tonight, I am going to eat tortilla chips and watch movies. I need comfort from the fact that I have to return to work tomorrow.
