my life…
I have an apartment!! yayy!! I will be getting the keys to the east lansing apartment on tuesday, and i will be moving next weekend. Very exciting and scary at the same time. The worst part… the packing.
So, naturally, I still have things packed from the last time I moved, which makes me wonder why I have that stuff. Well, other than the books.
Most exciting thing about the new apartment- my grandma is taking me shopping at Ikea and buying me a bookshelf!!! I desperately need a bookshelf…
Instead of packing I am contemplating opening a bottle of wine. I have laundry in the wash, so I wouldn’t be completely unproductive. I need to pack for next week, since I will be staying with Susan again because I won’t be moved in, and I think I am going to leave tomorrow to go down to my grandparent’s house. They are amazing and renting me a uhaul to move all of my crap.
I am thinking about packing up a load of stuff in my car to take down there on Tuesday, but that seems like a lot of work, and if they are renting a truck, then I don’t really need to worry about they getting everything in the truck. Plus, this allows me to be lazy. I like it.
Alright, I am going to go read these Young Exceptional Children magazines for I can learn something and hopefully apply it to my job- where I know nothing. Good plan.
